TOAD SPRINGS CAMP at the top of Quatal Canyon in the Los Padres National Forest

This small campground is a perfect for spot for enjoying Quatal Canyon & all the Chumash Wilderness scenery. Use as an overnight stop (away from the Grapevine) on your way to the coastal regions, taking the scenic route of Hwy 166 of course.

Toad Springs Campground is located just off the paved road (Cerro Noreste Rd) on forest service road #9N09 (Quatal Cyn); WEST of Pine Mountain Club, the Mount Able turnoff & the Apache Saddle ranger station. Plenty hikes & OHV trails to ride in the the canyon below.
