The beaches around Davenport can get quite windy, so the locals take up extreme water sports to enjoy themselves. These South Bay Area guys dash to the coast, straight from working in an office all day. Then strip outta business attire (in public) to throw on a wet suit, rip a kite & a surfboard outta their SUV & head out for the waves. Sounds exilerating to say the least!
