Well, if your heading over to or thru Hemet, you may as well hit up the pine village of Idyllwild & Lake Hemet, while you're out this way. Unless of course, you wanna spend time at the local Walmart in the urban mecca of asphalt, baking in 100 degree heat. The town has a decent population of senior citizens, construction workers and sex offenders. Hemet is a centrally located Southern California city with plenty outdoor recreation surrounding it.
