This remote destination is tucked way back in the woods of the northern Sierra Nevada mountains, sorta near Lassen Peak. It's nothing more than a string of residential cabins, mountain homes and a run down 'mountain resort' that features rental cabins (for those who like to camp indoors). Bitching one lane back road, creeks, trails, camp sites and more dirt roads. Get a map, seriously. Several developed campgrounds nearby. After you turn off the main highway, you keep driving deeper into the forest to find the only biz, the Mill Creek general store.
