Mt. Baldy, prides itself as the largest & the steepest ski resort in Southern California. Tons of local snowboarders love this place. The main lodge is in dire need a serious make-over, but you're gonna be outside mostly. Mount Baldy village & the resort towers above the smog-filled suburbs of the San Gabriel Valley & the Los Angeles basin. Inland Empire & the Big Bear range to the east. Another Mount Baldy in California, can be found hiking in the Lake Tahoe region, on the state border w/ Nevada.
