TRIP CANCELLATIONS
Total Escape Adventures Refund Policy
FULL: Cancel your trip reservation 20 or more days in advance (of departure date) & get a full refund. *
HALF: Cancel your reservation 10 days in advance & get a 50% refund. *
CREDIT: Cancel your reservation 3 – 9 days in advance & get a partial credit toward a future trip within 90 days.
FLAKE: Cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before departure & get nothing. Okay, well..maybe a free bumper sticker. And if I really really like you & you talk a good story, I may make an exception with the credit deal.
* If accommodations or rental equipment are pre-paid, this policy may not apply. Each situation varies & each trip is unique.

Just so ya know: Most of these Total Escape Adventures trips require advanced reservations to be made & paid at campgrounds, accommodations or recreation facilities. Much time goes into planning with organization, email correspondence, car-pooling, permits, insurance, rangers phone calls, etc. If you wanna really enjoy “Off the Beaten Path”, better go with someone who knows.
