Mt San Jacinto State Park & Idyllwild Campgrounds
Mount San Jacinto State Park is surrounded mostly Wilderness area, the village of Idyllwild & the Palm Springs Tram station. Stone Creek Campground & Idyllwild Campground are separate campgrounds for San Jacinto camping. The first is located in the forest, on Hwy 243 & the next is walking distance from the small town of Idyllwild California. Tahquitz Peak is a rock climbing fave.
