“Rat Ride” – annual beach bike ride sponsored by the Rotary Club; starts in Redondo and runs on the same weekend.
Reyes Adobe Days is held in the City of Agoura Hills, California. Carshow, parade & 5k run. The parade starts at Forest Cove Lane and travels along Thousand Oaks Boulevard to the Reyes Adobe Historical Site.
Families can experience California culture, past and present, with free museum tours, a music stage, interactive historical demonstrations, children’s history scavenger hunt, horse competition, pony rides, inflatables and carnival games, Victorian games, beer garden and food vendors.
The Reyes Adobe Historical Site is located at 5464 Reyes Adobe Road, (Rainbow Drive & next to Reyes Adobe Park) in Agoura Hills, California.
Main Street in Kelseyville comes alive,w/ this family-focused event to showcase the areas history, agritourism, local businesses, craftsmen and community services. This is a fun filled day that starts off with a home town parade. Festivities include three stages with musicians, dancers and cloggers; horse demonstrations; antique car, engine and tractor shows; quilt shows; art shows and an entire pavilion devoted to all things ‘pear.’ Food vendors offer an array of scrumptious selections. Wine and beer tasting along with pear margaritas round out the choices. Pear pies and desserts always sell out.

Located on the beautiful grounds of the Earle Baum Center in Santa Rosa, this event features a stellar lineup of national and regional Americana musicians. With two separate stages, the music will be seamless all afternoon. Delicious BBQ and beverages including beer and wine will be available. Dynamite Silent Auction and Raffle for a chance to win a guitar signed by the musicians. Bring the family to celebrate Americana and the musical heritage of Earle Baum. All proceeds benefit the Earle Baum Center for the Visually Impaired.

Nevada City’s Constitution Day Parade has been a local tradition since 1967 and is reported to be the oldest and largest Constitution observance in western America. A parade, Revolutionary War Living History Activities in Pioneer Park, the Gold Country Duck Race on Deer Creek and a free outdoor big band concert in the downtown historic district of Nevada City, Gold Country California. This place is known for its classic small town spirit and unique events, with a population of 3000, Nevada City swells to 10,000 or more on Constitution Day.

Ramona Music Fest always has great music, good food and decent beer, with prizes and auctions from community donors. Kid friendly and hosted at the Ramona Outdoor Community. Near 40 years of Russian River music festivities! Jazz on the River is an annual jazz event held in Guerneville CA on the beautiful Russian River on Johnson’s Beach. The Beach offers canoes, kayaks and paddle boats for rent, as well as beach umbrellas. Camping nearby and great camping all around this redwood destination in NorCal.
