usually begins 6pm
dinner: Luxurious dining experience on a historic vintage
locomotive. An exclusive dinning experience on board the private
observation cars. Delicious 5 course meals are offered featuring
seated service with tables set in linens & china. Wine &
non-alcoholic beverages are included. Dinners are prepared on-site
in a wood burning stove by a world-class chef who selects menus
that salute original Union Pacific dining car recipes.
entertainment: Guitarist accompanies your leisurely
dining adventure. Weather permitting, the Conductor may stop
the vintage train to allow the diners to stroll alongside the
train and enjoy the spectacular quiet of a San Diego backcountry
evening.

SATURDAY our place: The historic locomotive will meander around the beautiful back counrtu of San Diego county sunset until dark , when the star-filled sky will envelope us.
must have: Cool night temps require a jacket; Nice dress ius required but high heels are not recommended. Cash additional for alcoholic beverages & tips; We may have after hours options; Stargazing on the tailgate, local saloon. - who knows?
meet: Meet us for the caravan ( 4 pm Saturday ) from San Diego or Meet us out there. Carpools can be arranged.
