Indian Valley is one of many beautiful Sierra meadows within California. Granite backbone of mid to high elevation forests and lakes in the North Sierra. River fishing, lake fishing, golfing, hiking, biking, awesome back roads, forests camping nearby. Restaurant, hotel and shopping can be found in downtown. Mountain bike races and much more. description:
The second mountain town to burn down in Northern California, in recent years. Renovated downtown Greenville (2018). Totally turned to rubble and ash in a few hours on AUG 4th (2021). Unimaginable damage and historic buildings lost forever. The after fire clean up and rebuilding will be a long process.
