A great view over the Ventura coastline, from Point Mugu State Park, at the far north end of the Malibu Coastline, in the Los Angeles area. Pronounced "Y nee mee" this word comes from the Chumash Indians. 'Wynema' means "resting place" & this coastal location is the closest mainland to the Channel Island's Anacapa.

Big port & shipping region north of Los Angeles. Naval Base is nearby too. Heard there is a nice beach, a yoga studio & a good sushi restaurant around here, but have not had to time to go find 'em. One day!
