Fairview California is also known as Upper Kern or McNally's (one of the few remaining businesses left along this stretch of the Sierra highway). There is awesome fishing all around, great camping, mountain biking, river rafting , kayaking, hiking, backpacking, off roading. This is the Upper Kern Canyon, 20 miles above Kernville & half way to the most southern Sequoia grove @ Ponderosa.
