Wildomar OHV Park is the nearby ridges of the Elsinore Mountains, overlooking Lake Elsinore. Tenaja Trailhead is way back here, at the end of Tenaja Rd. This trail system leads into the San Mateo Canyon Wilderness - one of the few unspoiled natural canyons left in SoCal. Luxury estates & horse ranches are nearby. Interstate 15 runs thru the main valley.

Another boom burg, the City of Wildomar didn't become incorporated until 2008. This is part of the Inland Empire suburban sprawl down the I-15. Population here has basically tripled in past 2 decades, in what used to be rural foothills in between San Diego & Corona. Southern California suburbia w/ reservoir nearby. Off road park called Wildomar is located on the mountain ridge - to the westside of this valley.
